These terms govern your use of mobile applications developed and published by D Innovation Labs ("we", "our", or "us"), an independent game studio based in India. By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps, you agree to these terms.
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our apps.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our applications in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:
- Use our apps for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or interfere with the app's functionality
- Use automated systems or bots to interact with our apps
- Redistribute or resell our apps or any part of them
Intellectual Property
All content, features, gameplay mechanics, visual designs, audio, and branding in our applications are owned by D Innovation Labs and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.
Third-Party Services
Our apps may use third-party ad networks including Google AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, ironSource, and Meta Audience Network to display advertisements. Your interaction with ads is governed by the respective network's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party ad networks or the products they advertise.
Availability & Updates
We may update, modify, or discontinue any app at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. App updates may be required for continued use and may modify features or gameplay.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our apps will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, D Innovation Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our applications. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app (if any).
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
